[1] In view of the order passed by the District Registrar, Rajkot, it will not be appropriate to challenge the same by filing this petition, but by way of filing an appeal before the Additional Registrar or Registrar under Section 153 of the Gujarat Co-operative Societies Act, 1961.
[2] In that view of the matter, this Court only on the ground of alternative remedy does not entertain the present petition thus, the present petition stands disposed of. Arrangement, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 29.03.2012 will continue. However, if an appeal is moved, the same will be decided expeditiously within three months from the date of receipt of the order. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.
