1. This petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging that both the petitioners are major as per the date of birth mentioned in the Aadhar-Card.
2. They have solemnized Nikah out of their own sweet will at Zamiya Nuniya Shashul Uloom Telirganj, District Prayagraj (Allahabad) on 13.12.2019 and the family members are harassing them.
3. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., P.S. Dudhara, District Sant Kabir Nagar, who shall extend all help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
