This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR No. 71 of 2012 of Toopran Police Station, Medak district, registered for offences under section 498-A and 506 of I.P.C.
2. None appeared for the petitioner.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per his instructions as on 22/05/2012 police have completed investigation and the matter is at the stage of filing of charge sheet and at that time the petitioner approached this court for quashing of FIR .
4. Since investigation is completed and police found that there is prima facie case and as the matter is at the stage of filing of charge sheet, this criminal petition is dismissed at the admission stage.
