Learned advocate appearing for the respondents stated that the period mentioned in the public advertisement expires on 16th June 2012 and therefore there will be no possibility of taking over possession prior to 16th June 2012, although the next date of hearing fixed by the learned District Judge is 21st June 2012.

On the joint request made by both the sides, this matter is tagged alongwith LPA No. 569 of 2012, which is at large before the Division Bench of this Court.
