1. Heard learned advocate Mr.T.R.Mishra for the applicant-Sangh as well as learned advocate Ms.Vasavdatta Bhatt for respondent No.1 and learned advocate Mr.Alpesh Rajpuriya for respondent No.2.
2. Present civil application seeking permission for withdrawal of the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No.12942 of 2006 is allowed. Learned advocate Mr.Mishra for applicant is permitted to withdraw Special Civil Application No.12942 of 2006.
3. Accordingly, the present civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer 8(A). Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
4. As requested by learned advocate Mr.Misra for the applicant, as the petition has now been disposed of, respondent No.1 shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law.
