Heard Mr.Mihir Thakor, learned senior counsel for the petitioner.
Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 13.06.2012. Till then, no coersive action shall be taken against the members of the petitioner association, only because of non-payment of the amount pursuant to the impugned order.
Direct Service is permitted.
