JUDGMENT / ORDER

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
2. The second respondent / contemnor has filed a counter affidavit, from which it is seen that after the order was passed in the writ petition, the Tahsildar conducted an enquiry on 21.11.2015 and the excess amount, namely, Rs.71,042/- (Rupees seventy one thousand and forty two only) received by the fourth respondent therein was repaid to the petitioner.
3. In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
