JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajeev Singh,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Sri Rohit Tripathi learned counsel who has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.
The State Election Commission, U.P. is in the midst of the process for holding panchayat elections. Any grievance for the change of police force as raised in the present writ petition is misplaced. Insofar as the prayer for holding fair and free election is concerned, the State Election Commission is expected to ensue the same in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
