When this matter has come up today for consideration of this writ petition, the e-court website would indicate that the proceedings in Ex.Pet.No.28/2010 is closed, uncontested.
2. In that view of the matter, the present petition filed challenging the issuance of warrant does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same stands disposed of.
