This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.Ref.B/5307/2014, dated 16.09.2014, of respondent No.3.
Considering the fact that the impugned order was passed more than 3 ½ months back, I do not propose to adjudicate on the legality or otherwise of the same. However, respondent No.3 is directed to complete the
