1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Petitioner claims to have filed an objection to the mutation proceedings in Case No. 00159 of 2020, which is still pending before respondent no.2.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to decide the aforesaid mutation case after considering the petitioner's objection, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, provided the petitioner does not seek adjournment during that time period and cooperates in the proceedings.
