The petitioner by means of the representation dated 26.06.2017 has prayed for certain advantages which accrue on account of certain family planning Schemes. This application is pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sikandarabad, District Bulandshahar.
It is therefore, directed that the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Sikandarabad, District Bulandshahar shall decide the application within two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
