Petitioner has been appointed by District Panchayat Raj Officer, Gautam Buddh Nagar, on 18.12.2008 as Safai Karmchari and has been deputed to work in a particular Gram Panchayat. Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's salary for the month of July, 2010, October, 2010 and April, 2014 to August, 2014 has not been paid to him. In respect of such grievance petitioner has approached the authorities concerned, but no decision has yet been taken and hence, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel states that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law.
In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim, as noticed above, in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. Petitioner shall be at liberty to make a fresh comprehensive representation, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, alongwith certified copy of this order.
