JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file separate writ petitions. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the same, the Writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the members of the Association to file separate writ petitions. No costs.
