This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 214 pf 2011 of I-Town Police Station, Nalgonda, for offences under section 341, 504, 506 read with section 34 IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that as per information received from Station House Officer, I-Town Police Station, Nalgonda, through letter dated 27/6/2014, Police after completion of investigation filed charge sheet on 23/08/2011 and the same is registered as CC.No. 664 of 2011 and the case is posted to 06/08/2014 for execution of non-bailable warrant against accused.
