However, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 Shri Ajay Dubey submits that the daughter of the respondent no. 3 who has been arrayed as petitioner no. 1 in the instant petition, has still not been recovered now the petition is being withdrawn as not pressed by the counsel for the petitioners.
This writ petition is dismissed without any liberty to file petition again.
