Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following ground-
"i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the case no.1422 of 2011, (Kanchan Verma Versus Abdul Hasan) under Section 34 of U.P.L.R. Act, which is pending before him within the stipulated period fix by this Hon'ble Court so that justice may be done."
It is stated that a mutation case instituted in the year 2011 has not been decided till date.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Tehsildar, Judicial, Rasara, Ballia to endeavour to decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
