JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J.
The petitioner admittedly has a statutory remedy of filing an election petition under Section 12-C of Panchayat Raj Act, 1947. The petitioner has not approached before the appropriate forum.
The writ petition is thus liable to be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy available to the petitioner under law.
Ordered accordingly.
