Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State.
By means of the present petition, the petitioner has sought for a suitable direction to the court below to decide the Case No.60 of 2017 (Kanchan Gupta Vs. Parmatama Sharan Gupta), under Section 125, Cr.P.C., within the time stipulated by this Court.
The submission is that the application of the applicant under Section 125, Cr.P.C. is pending since January, 2017.
The application is disposed of directing the court below to decide it finally expeditiously preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order before it.
