JUDGMENT / ORDER

Being aggrieved of Exts.P1 to P3 penalty orders passed by the 1st respondent, the petitioner has preferred Exts.P5, P5 & P7 revision petitions, along with Ext.P5(a), P6(a) & P7(a) petitions for condonation of delay and Exts.P5(b), P6(b) & P7(b) petitions for stay, which are pending consideration before the 2nd respondent. The grievance of the petitioner is that, without any regard to the pendency of the above proceedings, the respondents are proceeding with coercive steps, as borne by Ext.P8, which hence is sought to be intercepted by this Court.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5(a), P6(a) & P7(a) petitions for condonation of delay and Exts.P5(b), P6(b) & P7(b) petitions for stay, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within 'one month' from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Coercive proceedings pursuant to Exts.P8 and consequent attachment of bank account under operation with 4th respondent shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
W.P(C). No. 35188 of 2014 -2-
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment along with a copy of this writ petition before the concerned respondent for further steps. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
