It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused Amit Sachan and Rekha Devi have already been enlarged on bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.6.2020 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application no. 13334 of 2020, copy whereof has been filed as Annexure-17 to the affidavit accompanying the bail application. He further submits that since the role of the applicant, who is the mother-in-law of the deceased is identical to that of co-accused Amit Sachan and Rekha Devi who have already been enlarged on bail, she is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity.
