This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 147 of 2012 of Yellareddypet Police Station, Karimnagar district, for alleged offence under section 3 [1] [x] of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes [Prevention of Atrocities] Act, 1989.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police completed investigation, filed charge sheet and the same is numbered as SC.No. 58 of 2013 pending on the file of V-Additional Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.
4. Considering the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as ‘infructuous’ giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
14. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
