JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. The present Civil Revision Application is already admitted and even the Rule was made returnable on 15/02/2012. Hence, ad-interim relief granted earlier is hereby directed to be continued as interim relief till final disposal of the present Civil Revision Application.
2. Considering the fact that Rule was already made returnable on 15/02/2012 and as learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant is asking for adjournment, Registry is directed to notify the present Civil Revision Application for final hearing on 28/03/2012.
