In the meantime, the applicant/petitioner shall deposit the arrears of rent before the Trial Court and shall deposit the rent continuously till further orders.
By way of interim relief, the judgment and decree dated 31/3/2012 passed by the Small Causes Court No. 4 in H.R.P. Civil Suit No. 998/2008 as well as judgment and order dated 9/8/2012 passed by the Appellate Bench of Small Causes Court, Ahmedabad in Regular Civil Appeal no. 43/2012 is hereby stayed.
