Learned advocate for the applicant submitted undertaking, showing that out of total amount of Rs.1,12,300/-, the applicant has already deposited 50% amount i.e. sum of Rs.56,150/- before the Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Ahmedabad and it is stated therein that the applicant will deposit remaining amount within 6 weeks from today i.e. 10.5.2012. Party-in-person is present. The said undertaking is ordered to be taken on record. The complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the applicant. S.O. to 11.6.2012.
