(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) 1. We have heard Mr.T.R.Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.Deepak Sanchela, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1.
2. This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 10.4.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.4492 of 2012 dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant. The Labour Court has partly allowed the Reference and awarded compensation of Rs. 15,000/- to the appellant. According to the appellant, he was working for about
2.1 /2 years. Thereafter, the respondent terminated the services of the appellant which led to the appellant in raising an industrial dispute. The learned Single Judge has held that the appellant was not appointed through legal channel. Therefore, in our opinion, the Labour Court has rightly granted Rs. 15,000/- compensation which has been affirmed by the learned Single Judge. We do not find any merits in this Appeal and is accordingly dismissed. Notice is discharged.
