Learned Counsel for the applicant/appellant Mr. Marshall submits that even the applicant/appellant is in possession of the land in question since the year 2002 till 2011 and therefore the applicant/appellant is entitled for interim relief.
By way of interim relief, the parties are directed to maintain status quo on the land in question until further orders.
Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
