JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate for the applicant and it is submitted that 'wil' executed in 1958 as well as in 2006 referred to in complaint are subject matter of the civil suit pending in the Civil Court.
In view of the above, Notice returnable on 9.4.2012.
Meanwhile no coercive action be taken against the applicant keeping it open for the investigating officer to record the statement of persons in whose favour 'wil' is executed and purchaser of the property in question in accordance with law.
