1. Heard Learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. That, the applicant, a life convict, has requested for temporary bail on the ground that residential house in which his family resides, needs repairing and further agricultural activities are to be carried out and therefore, temporary bail, as prayed for, be granted. Considering overall jail record and in the past, the applicant had reported 825 days late to the jail authority, I am not inclined to consider the request of the applicant and accordingly the application is rejected.
