1. Heard Mr. Khambolja, learned Advocate for Mr. Majmudar, learned Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Satyam Y. Chhaya, learned Advocate for the authoerities.
2. In this petition, the issue is, whether an employee, who was placed under suspension pending trial,on his acquittal can be told that the period for which he remained under suspension, shall be treated as suspension.
