Upon written instructions received from the office of the District Superintendent of Police, Porbandar, learned APP submits that in case if the petitioner apprehends any danger to his life while attending trial before the competent court, necessary protection will be provided to him in accordance with law.

In view of the above, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks time to take instructions in the matter.
