Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.E.V.N.Siva, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, would submit that the order passed in M.P.(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.17999 of 2013, dated 15.12.2015 has been complied with and the learned Special Government Pleader has also produced the proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Madurai District in e.f.vz;.5404/M3/2016> dated 28.06.2017.
