So far as original accused No.2 is concerned he has filed Criminal Appeal No. 479 of 2012 which is admitted, according to learned advocate for the appellant.
So far as accused Nos. 3 and 4 are concerned they have filed Criminal Appeal No. 764 of 2012 which is pending.
Registry is directed to notify this matter along with Criminal Appeal No. 764 of 2012 and Criminal Appeal No. 479 of 2012 on 30th July 2012.
