We find no infirmity in the orders dated 23.05.1994 and 13.12.1994 of the revenue authorities, which has been confirmed by the learned Single Judge.
Learned counsel for the State submitted that possession is already taken over on 16.10.1996. Learned counsel further submitted that later on the appellant has also filed an application for no objection certificate, but the same also was rejected, against which the appellant filed Special Civil Application and the same is pending.
Considering the fact that possession is already taken over on 16.10.1996, we find no reason to examine the correctness of the impugned orders, therefore, we uphold the judgment of the learned Single Judge.
Consequently, Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed.
