Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Jitendra Kumar holding brief of Sri Sunil Kumar Kushwaha, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 5, 6 and 7.
Present petition has been filed for quashing the orders dated 4.10.2018, 16.5.2010 and 31.10.2018 passed by respondent nos. 4, 3 and 2 respectively.
The order impugned herein are arising out of mutation proceedings. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
Admittedly, several suits are pending between the parties, one of them is cancellation of sale deed and one suit under Section 229 of U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950 is pending between the parties.
In the totality of circumstances, I do not find any good ground to interfere in the order impugned herein.
However, the parties are at liberty to get their rights adjudicated in regular civil proceedings.
With the aforesaid observation, present petition stands dismissed.
