Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the respondents to release rifle of the petitioner, which was a case property, pursuant to order passed by Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Shahjahanpur in Sessions Trial Nos.525 of 2007, 526 of 2007 and 527 of 2007.
In case order of the court below has not been complied with, then it would be appropriate for the petitioner to take recourse to remedies available under the Criminal Procedure Code.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed off. Order Date :- 27.4.2018.
