The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide SCC Suit No.65 of 2012 within a specified time.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the suit is pending since the year 2012 and although several dates have been fixed, but still the proceedings have not concluded.
Having regard to the above facts, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to make all endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
