The order sheet reveals that on 12.1.2016 the defendants have been served by means of substituted service and thereafter only dates have been fixed.
Under such circumstances, a direction is being issued that the suit may now be proceed in accordance with law on a day-to- day basis and be concluded as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
