The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue case filed by him being Case No. 04613/2020 (Computer Case No. T202015060104613 under section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was pending and was not being decided.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the revenue case being Case No. 04613/2020 (Computer Case No. T202015060104613 under section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
