Kamruddin vs State

Learned APP, on instructions, has stated that cases are committed to the court of sessions and numbered as Sessions Case Nos.15/11 and 16/11.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted as prayed for. This application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial of the aforesaid cases as early as possible. Rule is discharged.
