Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 212 of 2016 (Sessions Trial No. 201 of 2017), under Sections 498-A, 302 I.P.C., Police Station Ahmadgarh, District- Bulandshahr with the prayer to enlarge him on bail.
Presently, the Bail Application is pressed only on the ground that P.W. -1 has turned hostile. The prosecution is yet to conclude. The Court further bears in mind that the victim died of 95% burns and the applicant is the husband. Consequently, no cause arises for this Court to enlarge the applicant on bail at this stage.
The Bail Application is consequently dismissed and this stage.
