Mr.Pujari, learned APP waives notice of Rule.
The present application is preferred by the applicant-convict for releasing him on temporary bail on the ground that he wants to undergo the operation of his second eye.
Mr.Pujari, learned APP states that the applicant has surrendered on 28.06.2012.
We find that after a reasonable time passes to the first operation, which the convict had undergone when he was released earlier from 14.06.2012 to 27.06.2012, the convict may apply. At this stage, we are not inclined to extend the period or to release him on temporary bail.
Subject to the aforesaid observation, the application is disposed of. Rule discharged.
