The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the application for injunction which accompanied the suit being Original Suit No. 478 of 2019 was not being decided. It has been stated at the bar by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the defendants had been served.
If that is the case, then the application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the C.P.C. in the Original Suit No. 478 of 2019 (Mammoram vs. State of U.P. and others) be decided within a period of two weeks from the next date fixed in the case.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
