THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.19983 of 2010 Between:
1. Kammineni Chakrapani and another PETITIONERS AND 1. The NTR University of Health Science, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, rep. by its Registrar, and another.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
The said submission is recorded and the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
