Ms.Asmita Patel, learned Assistant Government Pleader, under instructions of Mr.Chaudhari, seeks extension of time to file affidavit-in-reply.
As a last chance and upon request of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, S.O. to 20.09.2012. However, it is made clear that if affidavit-in-reply is not filed before the next date, Deputy Collector, Petlad, Dist. Anand is directed to remain personally present before this Court.
