With a view to taking out appropriate proceedings before the forum which is appropriate for the type of dispute which is raised in present petition, learned advocate for the petitioner has requested for permission to withdraw the petition at this stage. Permission, as requested for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

It will be open to the petitioner to invoke alternative remedy and approach the forum which is considered appropriate in the facts of the case. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the case on merits.
