Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
This writ petition has been filed praying for the following main reliefs:
"(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to provide the security to the petitioner and his family during the pendency of Session Trial No. 80 of 2002 and 80A of 2002 arising out of Case Crime No. 122 of 2001 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 IPC, Police Station Ghiror, District Mainpuri.
(b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2/Superintendent of Police, Mainpuri to ensure the protection of the petitioner and his family members during the pendency of Session Trial No. 80 of 2002 and 80A of 2002 arising out of Case Crime No. 122 of 2001 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 IPC, Police Station Ghiror, District Mainpuri."
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the respondent authorities to provide the security to the petitioner and his family during the pendency of Session Trial No. 80 of 2002 and 80A of 2002 arising out of Case Crime No. 122 of 2001 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302 IPC, Police Station Ghiror, District Mainpuri.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of with observation that in case the petitioner makes fresh representation to the competent authority concerned ventilating his grievance within two weeks, the competent authority would decide the same in accordance with law in further six weeks.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing. the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
