This is an application for correction of the order dated 12.09.2017.
The first paragraph of the order, "The case is adjourned on the ground of death of the wife of Sri Anil Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner" is deleted and substituted by "The case is adjourned on the ground of death of the wife of cousin brother of Sri Anil Kumar Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner".
The correction application is allowed.
