1. Sri S.C. Maurya, learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents, on instruction, submits that the objection dated 29.06.2021 filed by petitioner to the notice dated 23.06.2021 will be decided by Competent Authority within a period of four weeks from today and will be communicated to petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner has no objection if the writ petition is decided in terms of above statement.
3. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the statement given by learned Standing Counsel.
