This writ petition has been filed for a direction that the revision be decided expeditiously.
On perusal of record it shows that no date has been mentioned in the memo of revision.
Learned counsel states that the revision was filed on 20.09.2021.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the revision filed by the petitioner on 20.09.2021 be given a number and thereafter be decided within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediments.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
